Conservatives: Do you think the Early Childhood Intervention Program is wasteful spending?

If you are talking about help with developmentally disabled children, I think its a great program. Especially if it applies to autism which doesn't usually appear until about 18 months after the mandated inoculations. Some children have a gene that causes them to go into seizures and develop autism among other disabilities. The government has been paying these people damages for years.
