Should we save everyone's life?

You cant save everyone. Help those that you can. If someone has a do not recessitate wish then clearly they thought it through and don't want to be revived and or on life support technology. If someone chooses to smoke then they are knowingly damaging himself or herself, but they make that choice and we can not control the actions of others, only hope to influence them positively
