Do you recommend deemed university in India ?

I have got an offer from deemed university in India , but I have no idea what is deemed university is it less than university . Is it acceptable in all the word . by the way the deemed university I got offer from is have the highest price than other university and I have a chance to get an offer from university . so what do you thing I should do go to deemed university or real university ????
