Can i still get unemployment benefits if i quit my job to move closer to family because of health issues?

Not confirmed yet have to get colonoscopy but had CT scan and colonic carcinoma was not ruled out. Plus high blood pressure. i live 600 miles from all my family. They are all i have. so what do you think?
