Do u think this could be cancer or just Gerd?

I'm not a doctor so I couldn't possibly say whether you have cancer or not, but I do think that you should have an endoscopy and colonoscopy ,as If it did turn out that you had cancer you could not afford to waste time before you got treatment. Just think of the relief you would feel if it was all clear. Your health is too impotant not to get it sorted out early.....................
