Interesting case of Academic Dishonesty in High School?

I don't know exactly, since i attend a public school and not an online school, but in the case of my school he would be suspended. We've had people copy essays and submit them as their own. I remember watching my teacher call down the superintendent, hand her a copy of all the essays, and the guy who copied was expelled because he didn't just copy here and there he copied the entire essay. I'm sure he didn't get off scott free. He better get some form of punishment, i find it ridiculous and stupid of someone across the country to hack an account, copy all the work and claim it as his own.
