Why are there so many Quickscopers?

There's no quick scoping in black ops, there is the black ops version of quick scoping but not like MW2 and they do it cus they think there good except in black ops they made sniping so impossible if your not scoped for atleast 2 seconds it's a lucky shot so quik scoping is complete luck in black ops. Beat them by noob toobing.
