Anemia and internal bleeding...?

I am starting a series of tests to try and find where my internal bleeding is. I'm a relatively healthy 38 yr old female. My colonoscopy revealed nothing. Symptoms (which may not be related): Fatigue, lack of appetite, irregular bowel movements, achy body, difficulty thinking, bloating, sometimes difficult urination, vaginal (internal) swelling after sex. I'm told if the endoscopy doesn't show anything I will need to see my GYN. Any ideas?
