My small intestines are inflamed and all my tests came back normal.?

Recently 2 months ago I had stomach pains they said it was my appendix. Which I got removed just to find out same that I have the same issue. Ive had 2 CT scans and 2 blood tests and a colonoscopy and so far all the tests. Came back normal with the exception of my inflamed small intestines any ideas what it could be? I'm only 28 and I really want some closure thanks
