Tummy pain after colonoscopy and resuming exercise?

How long do the tummy cramps last after a colonoscopy.I had 12 biopsies and one small polyp removed and I am still feeling tender and a bit bloated after 24 hours.also I have now missed 2 days of exercise and really want to start training again but am worried as I'm still in discomfort.how long does it take for pain to go and how long should I wait to excercise
