Modern warfare 2 question?

is there any way to make the barrett .50 cal as fast scoping like the intervention? im not a quick scoper like other people the shot without aiming but when i snipe the barrett lags a little when i try to use the scope- and yes i do use sleight of hand pro but its still kind of slow
