My colon is twisted..AGAIN?

My colon was twisted so 6 weeks ago I had a colonoscopy and they untwisted it. I had a CT scan about a week ago and it showed that my colon twisted AGAIN! Well I am scheduled for ANOTHER colonoscopy on tuesday to untwist it. I can't keep having colonoscopies every couple weeks so do you think they would consider doing surgery to take away the kink or what?!
