What is better, M21 EBR or the intervention?

I like the EBR and the intervention. i don't know which is better. If it is intervention, should i add Stopping Power? and if its EBR should i still add Stopping Power? Can you also show me like for an example; EBR (with Stopping Power) 1 shot to the chest or something like that. PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW!!!! thank you!
