Why still many indians dont know that nuclear tests of india have failed. Indian doesn't have nuclear weapons.?

It is not my saying but saying of "director" of so called indian nuclear tests at pokhran mr "k santhanam." he himself said that indian nuclear tests have failed. But still many indians dont know it
