Do new tv episodes air online at the same exact time that they do on television?

quick question. so i dont have access to a tv tonight and a new episode of Intervention airs at 10pm. will I be able to watch the new episode online on my computer at 10? or does it take a few hours/ days before its available on the a&e site?
