Medical Evaluation at MEPS? I had a colonoscopy and was wondering if that will effect me joining the Air Force?

I just had a quick question involving MEPS? When I am getting a medical evaluation and tell them I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy for abdominal pains could that eliminate me from joining the military? I don't see how it could because the doctors who conducted the colonoscopy said that it was nothing. I personally think it's lactose intolerance or stress. But could that reduce my chances of joining?
