EVERY TIME he drinks and drives, you should report him to the police, giving his name, vehicle description, location, and destination. Some call it snitching but I call it saving lives. Sooner or later, your father won't be able to protect him anymore. A little jail time would serve as the beginning of intervention. Continued offenses will result in mandatory treatment.
