I am being Humiliated by Company colleagues as I am not South India for last 8 month .?

I have joined a Software Firm 8 month ago . I am continuously humiliated by colleagues as I am not from South India . I cant speak their language . Please suggest me a way I can get justice . Sould I take legal step against Company or my manager . They are intentionally showing(magnifying) my negligible mistakes to proof my performance issue . I am in tremendous mental pressure for last 8 month. Please suggest me way . They will definitely ask me to leave after 1 month . Is there any law to give "Stay Order" of this ....Thanks
