Is it OK to take Tylenol the day before and the day of a Colonoscopy?

I read that one should not take aspirin for up to 5 days before a Colonoscopy. What about Tylenol which I take for my back/neck arthritis pain?..daily. Also, is it true about aspirin? Per my doctor's suggestion I take 1 baby 81 mg aspirin a day. Should I stop doing so before the Colonoscopy?..for how long? thx.
